Lyndon Bray

Lyndon brings over 30 years of elite experience across the corporate and sporting sectors. A specialist in governance and high-performance leadership, Lyndon was recently appointed to the Board of the Sport Integrity Commission, reflecting his standing as a leader in New Zealand’s sporting landscape.
While widely recognised for his distinguished career as an international rugby referee and the Chief Executive of the Tasman Rugby Union, Lyndon’s corporate pedigree is equally extensive. He has led induction training at Telecom New Zealand and served as the Learning Centre Manager for the People and Culture Department at BNZ. From 2008 to 2011, he was a pivotal figure at Planet Financial Group NZ, serving as both Business Coach and Board Chair, where he managed strategic partnerships with major insurers like AXA to maintain market competitiveness.
As a fully accredited facilitator in Team Management Services (TMS) products—including the Leadership Behaviour 360, Strategic Intelligence, and Emotional Intelligence assessments—Lyndon specialises in unlocking human potential. Following a decade-long tenure leading the Super Rugby Referee Team at SANZAAR, he founded Coach for Success, bringing a purpose-driven "why" culture to every leadership program he facilitates.
Outside of his professional life, Lyndon is a connoisseur of art and music, an avid pianist, and a keen golfer who enjoys the intersection of good wine and great conversation.
Paul Diver
Director & Principal Facilitator
Paul is a seasoned leadership and business team facilitator with a career defined by high-impact workplace relations and executive development. As the founder of Three60 Consult (formerly Paul Diver Associates), he has been at the forefront of New Zealand workplace relations since 1991.
Paul’s expertise in facilitation has been honed internationally through roles with IAS Learning Group and 5 Degrees Consulting. Between 1996 and 2012, he personally facilitated the IAS Proteus Leadership Program, guiding over 180 senior leaders through transformative growth. His work extends deeply into the sports sector, where he has designed and delivered leadership initiatives for Sport NZ and SANZAAR.
A law graduate from the University of Canterbury, Paul’s career includes senior roles at the State Services Commission and the NZ Employers Federation, as well as serving as the Director of Human Resources for NZ Breweries (Lion). Now, as a partner at Braydiver, Paul continues to merge his legal acumen with his passion for developing cohesive, high-performing teams.
Beyond the boardroom, Paul is a staunch supporter of the rugby community and is dedicated to helping those around him reach their full potential. He also holds a lifelong passion for musical theatre and hopes to return to the stage in the future.
