Lyndon Bray has had a rich and varied professional career, which has seen him traverse both the corporate and sporting worlds over the last 30 years.  More recently, in March of 2021, Lyndon was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Tasman Rugby Union and is therefore now based in sunny Nelson, NZ.

While he is probably better known for his sporting success, both as a rugby referee and coach,  Lyndon spent time as Telecom New Zealand’s Induction Training Manager, and the Bank of New Zealand where he was the National Training Manager for the People and Culture Department.  During this time, he became accredited as an Extended DISC  Profile Behavioral Specialist (2001) and received his qualification in Business Management at the Australian Institute of Management (1996).

Lyndon is also a fully accredited facilitator and coach in the Team Management Services products, including the globally recognised "TMS leadership behaviour 360 degree feedback profile" and the "TMS team management profile".

He has run his own business (Coach for Success) in Wellington and after his refereeing career moved into sports management, leading the Super Rugby Referee Team at SANZAAR for ten years.

As a head coach Lyndon brings to the leadership program a strong “why” culture, the ability to help people ‘peel back their own onion' and find their personal why.  As a strong advocate for coaching and personal growth, Lyndon will challenge people to open up their own world of possibilities.

Lyndon is passionate about art and music (he plays the piano), an avid golfer, and loves a conversation over good food and wine!

Paul Diver is a highly experienced leadership and business team facilitator, senior leadership coach, organisation development and change consultant and employment relations adviser.  With this rich experience, Paul has been brought on board with Air NZ, to help the iconic NZ Brand work its way through and out of COVID-19.

Well known for his past success with IAS Learning Group both internationally and in New Zealand, he is now entering a partnership with long time colleague, Lyndon, to create braydiver and to continue the work he is so passionate about.

Paul facilitated the IAS Proteus Leadership Program from 1996 – 2012 with more than 180 senior leaders completing the program.  He continues to work extensively in the sports sector facilitating the Sport NZ sponsored Chief Executive Leadership Programmes from 2009 to 2016, the High Performance Sport New Zealand Leadership Programs from 2013 and facilitated the SANZAR Referee Annual Workshop from 2012 to 2016.  He continues to facilitate leadership programs with 5 Degrees Consulting within NZ.

Paul, like Lyndon, is a fully accredited facilitator and coach in the Team Management Services products, including the globally recognised "TMS leadership behaviour 360 degree feedback profile" and the "TMS team management profile".

hree60 Consult Ltd (previously Paul Diver Associates) is Paul's flagship workplace relationships consulting business (started in 1991) and he continues as the founding Director.

A law graduate of the University of Canterbury, Paul has had careers at the State Services Commission, the NZ Employers Federation, and he was the Director of Human Resources for NZ Breweries Ltd (Lion).

Paul loves all matters “Rugby” and supporting family and friends “to be the best that they can be” and will one day take his voice back to musical theatre performance for which he has a passion.
