Meet the Team

Lyndon Bray has had a rich and varied professional career over the last 30 years, navigating both the corporate and sporting worlds. He has held positions in governance and leadership and has recently been appointed to the Board of the Sport Integrity Commission.

Although Lyndon is primarily known for his accomplishments in sports as a rugby referee and coach (also serving as Tasman Rugby Union's Chief Executive for two years), he has also held various roles in the corporate world. He worked as the Induction Training Manager at Telecom New Zealand and later as the Learning Centre Manager for the People and Culture Department at the Bank of New Zealand. After his tenure at BNZ, Lyndon was involved with the Planet Financial Group NZ from 2008 to 2011, taking on the roles of a business coach and Chair of the Board for two years. During his time there, he managed relationships with insurance companies such as AXA New Zealand and played a key role in maintaining Planet's competitive position in the market.

He became accredited as an Extended DISC Profile Behavioral Specialist in 2001 and has a Diploma in Business Management from the Australian Institute of Management in 1996. Lyndon is a fully accredited facilitator and coach in Team Management Services products, such as the TMS leadership behavior 360-degree feedback profile, the TMS team management profile, and the Strategic Intelligence Assessment.

After his refereeing career, Lyndon founded his own business, Coach for Success, in Wellington. He then transitioned into sports management, where he led the Super Rugby Referee Team at SANZAAR for ten years.

As a head coach, Lyndon brings a strong "why" culture to the leadership program and has a talent for helping individuals uncover their personal motivations. He is a passionate advocate for coaching and personal growth and will encourage people to explore their potential.

Outside of work, Lyndon is passionate about art and music, plays the piano, enjoys golf, and loves engaging in conversations over good food and wine.

Paul Diver has extensive experience as a leadership and business team facilitator, organisational development and change consultant, and employment relations adviser.

He was brought on board with Air NZ to help the company navigate through and recover from the impact of COVID-19.

Paul was successful in his role at IAS Learning Group, both internationally and in New Zealand. He has now partnered with his long-time colleague, Lyndon, to establish braydiver and continue his passionate work. From 1996 to 2012, Paul facilitated the IAS Proteus Leadership Program, with over 180 senior leaders completing the program.

He has also worked extensively in the sports sector, facilitating various leadership programs, and is fully accredited in the Team Management Services products.

Paul's flagship workplace relationships consulting business, Three60 Consult Ltd, was previously known as Paul Diver Associates. He remains the founding Director of the company, which he started in 1991.

A graduate of the University of Canterbury's law program, Paul has had careers at the State Services Commission, the NZ Employers Federation, and served as the Director of Human Resources for NZ Breweries Ltd (Lion).

Aside from his professional pursuits, Paul is passionate about rugby and supporting his family and friends to reach their full potential. He also hopes to return to his passion for musical theater performance in the future.
